Biography Highlight
Liu Zhenmin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Lan County, Shanxi Province. He was born in 1955, graduated from English Department of Peking University in 1978, earned his master degree in Law from Law School of Peking University in 1981. He started his career at Foreign Affairs Ministry in 1982. From 2011 to 2013, he was special plenipotentiary ambassador of Permanent Mission of the PRC to the United Nations Office at Geneva And Other International Organizations in Switzerland. Since 2013, he is Vice-Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
